About us
This project began after witnessing how often people carry their pain silently.
There are so many who are surviving trauma, navigating mental health challenges, rebuilding after loss, or simply trying to hold themselves together in a world that moves too fast. Affirmations are often dismissed as clichés — but when they are trauma-informed, grounded, and intentional, they can become anchors.
Letters for Hope was created to bridge clothing and care.
Each piece is a reminder that you are allowed to pause.
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to heal at your own pace
Inspired by a journey of care
Throughout crisis advocacy work, The frequency of individuals finding themselves stuck with limited options to escape unhealthy relationships has been noted and challenged. Letters for Hope was created out of a personal commitment to mend these gaps of care. I am dedicated to spreading the vital message that survivors are not alone. By connecting this mission with unique sweatshirts, a movement of unity will be created among those who desire support.
